Affectionately known as ‘The Bear’
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Jordan, at home on Sunday, September 6, 2015. Jordan was born at 24 weeks premature and endured a 5 month battle in the Sunnybrook NICU. Jordan was a miracle child for his mom and dad, Cheryl and Joe. He was the light of their lives and they will forever cherish the cuddles and memories that they shared together.
Jordan's strength and determination in life was awe inspiring to everyone he met. His smile would light up his face and brighten anyones day. Jordan loved swimming, sensory light displays, music, Treehouse cartoons and his PediaSure chocolate milk.
Words can never express how much everyone will miss him.
Please come celebrate his life with us at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Thursday, September 10 from 5-9 p.m. and on Friday, September 11 at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m.Interment to Follow. If so desired, donations may be made to Sick Kids Hospital: Complex Care Unit. Friends are encouraged to share the funeral details with others who knew Jordan so that they will have the opportunity to pay their respects.
