Devoted Poppa of Sarah, Kristin, Mary Anne, Thomas, Ashley, Matthew, Christian, Sean, Erin, Ruby, William, John, Kristina, Nicole and Michael. Proud Grand Poppa to Lily and Julianna. Family and friends will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY &amp; VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229), on Friday, April 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at St. Nicholas Church, 1512 Kingston Road, Toronto, on Saturday, April 23rd at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to The Hospital for Sick Kids would be appreciated.<br /></div>
