Joe Gannon (85 years old), born on January 14, 1941, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of March 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Joe was born in England to Irish roots and later returned with his family to Ireland, where his journey began. He eventually made his way to Canada, where he built a beautiful life and met the love of his life, his wife Sandra, with whom he shared 47 wonderful years.
Joe was a devoted husband, a loving father to his son James, daughter Pamela, daughter in-law Julie and a proud grandfather to his cherished granddaughter, Kaitlyn and great grandchildren Jaxson & Bodhi. He was a family man and was deeply loved by all who knew him.
In his younger years, Joe had a larger-than-life presence—those who knew him often describe him as having the spirit of a rock star. He was the kind of person who naturally became the center of attention in any room, a room he truly owned. With his quick wit, infectious laughter, and love of fun, he brought joy to those around him and was often the life of the party. His energy and charisma left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Joe lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Though he is no longer with us, he will forever be missed. We hold his memory close in our hearts and will cherish the moments we shared with him always.
