<div itemprop="description"> <p> Diemert, Joan Agnes </p> <p> It is with great sadness that the family shares Joan&rsquo;s passing on Monday April 2, 2012 in her 80th year. Joan was loved and will be greatly missed by her sister Lorraine. She will be forever missed by her many nieces and nephews, Bruce, Marcia (Joe), Maureen, Beth (Michael), Mark, Heidi (Gary), and Kelly (Glen). Also remembered by her great nieces and nephews, Sarah, Caitlin, Kieran, Joshua, Callum, Jacob, Thomas, Chase, Reaghan, Jackson, Roxy, and Price. Fondly remembered by cousins Linda (Charlie), Ernie and family, life long friend Bea as well as her little buddy Rocco. Joan was predeceased by her parents Phil and Maude, and her two brothers Doug and Barry (Joanne). Joan will be missed by her many friends at Omni Drive. Joan will be remembered by all for her devotion to her family, her compassion, generosity and unconditional love. In lieu of flowers, please consider the Covenant House or Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation. At Joan&rsquo;s request, there will be no visitation. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY&nbsp;&amp; VISITATION CENTRE,&nbsp;625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough&nbsp;(north of St. Clair Ave. E.,&nbsp;416-267-8229) on Thursday, April 5, 2012 for a Memorial Service at 6:00pm.
