Jean Seto (nee Ing) passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026.

A loving mother to Yen, Jade (deceased) (Edward), Mona (Michael) and Jack (Carol). A proud grandmother to Jaime, Jason, Christopher (Lily), Vanessa (Seann), Andrew (Sylvia), Brennan, Jonathan, Ryan and Lauren and a proud great grandmother to Emmy and Roy.

Jean was born in Canton, China and immigrated to Canada via Hong Kong to be with her husband John Seto to start a new life. She took great pride in her vegetable garden where she grew winter melons, green beans and bitter melons.

She also enjoyed family time and loved seeing all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren whenever she could. She was a loving mother and would always put her family’s needs first before hers.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask you to make donations to Michael Garron Hospital.
