范建平一生摯愛家庭，與夫人鄧燕卿女士伉儷情深，並為獨子之慈父，亦為媳婦之良公，翁媳情誼融洽，視同己出; 並為兩位孫子慈愛可親、深受敬重之祖父。孫子承歡膝下，為其一生莫大欣慰與榮耀。范先生以家庭為重，待親至誠，恩愛深厚，其情長存。

范先生多年從事保險及理財顧問事業，處事以誠，待人以信，秉持耐心與仁心，深獲客戶信賴。其一生恪盡職守，樂於助人，將責任與關懷落實於人生各個層面。

閒暇之餘，范先生喜好高爾夫與網球運動，亦勤於閱讀、靜修冥想，以養身養心；並熱愛旅遊，增廣見聞，豐富人生境界。

范先生告別式謹訂於 二月七日（星期六）下午二時至四時，假 Elgin Mills Funeral Centre 舉行，儀式後設惜別晚宴，以表追思，並緬懷范先生溫厚仁德之一生

Frank was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, YanQing Deng, and a deeply loving father to his only child, Vinson Fan. He was also a cherished father-in-law and a proud, joyful grandfather to his two grandchildren, who were a constant source of happiness and pride in his life. Family meant everything to Frank, and his love for them was steady, generous, and unconditional.

Frank spent many years as an insurance and financial advisor, a role he approached with integrity, patience, and genuine care. He believed in helping others feel secure and supported, and he carried that same sense of responsibility and kindness into every part of his life.

In his quieter moments, Frank found joy and balance in golf and tennis, in reading and meditation, and in traveling to explore the world.

A funeral service will be held at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre on Saturday, February 7, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., followed by a farewell dinner to honor and celebrate Frank’s life.
