<div itemprop="description">Hammond, Jessie Isobel<br /><br />Passed away peacefully on Saturday Oct.25, 2014 at North York General Hospital at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband William Thomas and daughter Beryl O&rsquo;Connor. Loving Mother of William, Patricia (Attlee), Gary (Susan), Earle (Pamela), Marjorie (Steven), Barbara (Bob). Cherished Grandmother to Cheryl, Tracey, Gary, Keenan, Ashley, Sheena, Allison, Keltie and Kelsey. Great -grandmother to Sarah, Benjamin, Naomi, Tessa and Myles. She will be sadly missed by her surviving siblings Hartley, Mervyn, Adeline and David. Thank you to the ICU staff at North York General Hospital for their meticulous compassionate care .Friends will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY &amp; VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 12 - 1 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the North York General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.<br /></div>
