<div itemprop="description">SZWEDYK &ndash; Slawko Maksym (Jerrry) <br />June 20, 1955 &ndash; August 21, 2013 <br />It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearest and beloved Brother, Uncle and most loved and cherished Friend. Predeceased by his parents Maksym and Olga, Jerry is survived by his sisters Anne Osowsky and Hope (Brian Kenney). He was a very proud member of the Vagabonds Motorcycle Club and a great friend to all his Brothers. Our heartfelt thanks to all the VMC Brothers for all their support and help during this sad and trying time. Thank you also to Dr. Trop, Dr. Chang and Nurse Vicky at Toronto East General Hospital. Jerry, we love you and you will always be remembered. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Visitation, Chapel and Reception Centre (625 Birchmount Rd., north of St. Clair Ave. E., Scarborough, 416-267-8229) on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held. in the Pine Hills Chapel on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. (visitation one hour prior). <br /></div>
