It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Francisci, who died suddenly on Monday, March 9, 2015 in Mississauga. Beloved wife of Joseph and proud mother of her son Hugh. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Helen (Ken), Jack (Mary Jane), Robert (Barbara) and Anne (Jack). Jean is predeceased by her parents: John and Jane Smith; her brothers: Charles and Archie; and sister Sheila. Jean will also be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Jean was a former employee of Avro Canada, General Electric Canada and the Peel Board of Education (now Peel District School Board). The funeral service for Jean will take place on Saturday, March 14th at the Meadowvale Cemetery and Visitation Centre - 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton. Visitation starts at 12:00pm. The actual service will begin at 1:00pm. A reception will follow. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
