Proud &ldquo;Dziadziu&#347;&rdquo; to Sebastian. Jan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many family and friends in Canada and abroad. <br />Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1535 South Gateway Rd., Mississauga (Dixie Rd., 2 lights south of Eglinton Ave., 905-602-1580) on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 6-9 p.m.with Rosary at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 4260 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, 905-848-2420 on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Final resting place at Assumption Cemetery. <br /></div>
