Jacqueline Kwan passed away suddenly on July 7, 2026, four weeks shy of her 32nd birthday. She will be deeply missed by her parents, siblings, grandparents and extended family as well as by friends, teachers and caregivers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Holland Bloorview Rehabilitation Hospital in memory of Jacqueline Kwan. A private funeral will be held on July 18, 2026.
