<div itemprop="description"> <p> <b> BICKMORE, Iris Evelyn </b> </p> <p> <b> &nbsp; </b> <b> &nbsp; </b> </p> <p> <b> Passed away peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Tuesday May 15, 2012 in her 93rd year. Daughter of the late Ivan and Edith (Perkins) and sister of the late Ruth (McKeown) and Monty. Loving aunt of Tom (Marie), Sue (Jens), Doug (Louise), Shelley (Craig), Ann (Brian) and 10 great nieces and nephews. </b> </p> <p> <b> &nbsp; </b> </p> <p> <b> The Bickmore family was well know in Bracebridge for their music and photography business formerly located on Manitoba Street and the family homestead on the Muskoka River near Santa&rsquo;s Village. Iris returned to live in retirement with friends at James Street and Bracebridge Villa and will be sadly missed by her lifelong friend Sarah Lazzara. </b> </p> <p> <b> &nbsp; </b> </p> <p> <b> A special thanks is extended to Dr. Riddle and the hospital nursing staff for the excellent care that was provided. </b> </p> <p> <b> </b> </p> <p> <b> A Memorial Celebration of Iris&rsquo;s life will take place in the Meadowvale Visitation Centre, 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton on Monday June 18th from 12 noon til 2pm. </b> </p> <p> <b> </b> </p> <p> <b> Memorial donations in memory of Iris may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. </b> </p> <p> <b> </b> </p> <p> <b> Condolences may be offered to the family at: www.mountpleasantgroup.com </b> </p> </div>
