Ioannis Chronis, 91, passed away on February 1, 2026 peacefully in his home in Toronto, ON.

Ioannis, also known as John, was born June 24, 1934 in Mystras in Laconia, Peloponnese, Greece, the son of Peter and Dimitra. Brother to four siblings.

Remaining to cherish Ioannis’s memory are his loving children, son Peter Chronis and wife Anna, his daughter Dimitra Keith; as well as his grandchildren, Frankie, Alexis and Lukas.

Preceding Ioannis in death are spouse, Philippa; his brothers, and son-in-law Frankie Keith.

Visitation and Funeral will be held Saturday February 7th from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Pine Hills Cemetary and Funeral Center.
