Fuentes, Hugo -
After enduring a prolonged cancer treatment, it is with great sadness that we announce Hugo’s peaceful passing at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the age of 45. He was a caring, devoted and cherished husband of Guadalupe, a beloved and dedicated father of Guadalupe Jr., Luis, Fatima and Laura and honorary son Milton.
