It is with deep sadness and much love we mourn the passing of Helen Yuet Tong Chong (née Yuet Tong Lui) of Toronto on June 12, 2026 at the age of 86.

Helen Yuet Tong Chong came to Toronto and married Stephen Yuk Chee Chong. She worked hard all her life, raised a family and with her husband, brought all the family members over from China and Hong Kong. She was happiest spending time with family and enjoying a good meal.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Stephen Yuk Chee Chong. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Benjamin, Edwin, and daughter Donna. She was predeceased by her grandson Mitchell and will be cherished by her granddaughter Jade. Her parents were Kwan Park Lui and Ngan Jun Lui. Her sisters are Yuet Har Lui and Yuet Fong Lui.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on her behalf to Michael Garron Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital or the Salvation Army Toronto Grace Hospital.
