Sillaste: Heiki “John”-November 7, 1928 – March 15, 2013
Suddenly after a brief illness Heiki died peacefully in the arms of his daughter Tiina surrounded by family and friends. He was a loving father, brother, husband, grandfather, uncle and friend and will be sadly missed and forever cherished. Friends may visit at the Visitation Centre in Mount Pleasant Cemetery 375 Mount Pleasant Road (east gate entrance) on Tuesday, March 19 form 6-9 p.m. Funeral service celebrated on Wednesday, March 20 at at St. Peter’s Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church 817 Mount Pleasant Road (just north of Eglinton). Interment to follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. With special thanks to all his little Blue Jays from the Circle of Care. Special thanks to Anita and Sharon for nurturing him and allowing him to enjoy the last year of his life. If so desired donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated.
