It is with deep sadness that we announce Heather's passing.
Heather was predeceased by her parents George and Brigid McClory (nee Keogh) and most recently, her brother David.
She is survived by her sisters Denise, Michele and Zaheda (in-law) as well as her nephews and nieces: Aidan (My), Madeleine (Shawn), Azizah (Felix) and Eli.
She is also survived by extended family, friends, neighbours and her church community.
As a student, Heather joined the 709 Communication Regiment in Toronto and remained active after it was absorbed by the 32 Signal Regiment.
Heather graduated from The University of Toronto and The Institute of Child Study. Afterwards she engagingly taught a variety of elementary grades at the Toronto Catholic District School and volunteered with OECTA.
During Heather's summer breaks and subsequent retirement, she travelled extensively and often included her mother on these journeys.
Heather was an active Paulist Associate.
Throughout the years, Heather's strong commitment to her faith guided her involvement in a wide array of initiatives at St. Peter's Catholic Church in downtown Toronto.
The scope of Heather's dedication was truly impactful.
