It is with heartfelt reverence that we announce the passing of Gloria (Evdoxia) Loumbas on December 13, 2025.

Gloria, Teta to many of us, passed away at the Bethany Lodge Care Home in Unionville. She had spent the past 2 and a half years there battling dementia and enduring its devastating effects. Yet, even during those difficult times, Teta continued to be Teta, and managed to have a smile on her face and endeared herself to the staff and other patients there. Just as she did with us all.

She was predeceased by far too many close family members: her parents (Iosif & Alexandra), her husband (Harilaos), her sister and brother-in-law (Spiros & Erifili), her brother (Stelianos) and three nephews (Daniel, John and Alexander). Plus countless other relations and friends. Her passing will now blessfully reunite her with all those loved ones.

And while her body has passed, her spirit continues to be…. And every time we think fondly of her, Gloria will know and be content.

So Teta, know that we will remember you “Forever in Our Hearts… and there, we will hold you close and safe.

Rest in peace Dear Aunt.
