On Thursday, June 11, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones, our beloved Gilda passed away after a courageous ten-year battle. She was the dearest mother of Virginia; the beloved daughter of the late Lorenza and Giuseppe Morelli; the loving sister of the late Peter and Pasquale; the cherished sister of Angela, Grace, Nancy, Mary, Janet, and Anna; and the adored aunt of her many nieces and nephews. The world will forever be dimmer without her light.
