George McNickle
February 21, 1935 - December 8, 2013
McNickle, William George
1935-2013
Peacefully on his terms at the Wexford Residence on December 8, 2013 in his 79th year. Loving Dad of Marilyn (Gary), Andrew (Sharon), and Sharon (Tom). Dear Grandpa to Bradley, Carolyn and Emma and GG to Madison. He was predeceased by his beloved son Glenn and his sister Eleanor. George was a skilled tradesman in the printing industry for over 50 years. He enjoyed his downtime with many good friends and cheering on the Maple Leafs. He was still hopeful after all these years that they would win another Stanley Cup. A special thank you to Jacquie, Lisa and Fre and the staff on the 7th floor. A celebration of George’s Life will take place at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday, December 14 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation at 10 a.m. Sharing of good memories will follow. If so desired donation may be made to the Wexford Foundation.
