Predeceased by his children Brian and Garth. &nbsp;The family would like to thank all the staff in C wing at Fairview Lodge. &nbsp;Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY&nbsp;&amp; VISITATION CENTRE,&nbsp;625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough&nbsp;(north of St. Clair Ave. E.,&nbsp;416-267-8229) on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 for visitation from 11am until 12pm. A Memorial Service is to follow at 12pm, followed by interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.&nbsp; In Lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to a charity of your choice. </p> </div>
