<div itemprop="description">It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Gayle Patricia Crozier Quintilian on Wednesday July 10th, 2013 at Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa Ontario at the age of 61. Gayle leaves behind her cherished husband Al Quintilian, beloved children - Jason (Cathy) and Lindsay (Mike), Grandchildren - Dakota &amp; Katie as well as her siblings - Heather (Wes), Barbarann, Steve (Betty), Nieces &amp; Nephews - Courtney, Carley, Harrison, Taylor, Greer, Mitchell and Great Nephews - Mason &amp; Jaxson. Gayle was the eldest daughter to William and Barbara Crozier (both deceased). <br /> <br />A celebration of life will be held at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1057 Brock Rd, S. Pickering, 905-686-5589 on Monday July 15th at [1pm] <br />in the chapel with visitation one hour prior at [12pm] and a reception to follow at [2pm]. <br /> <br />We would also like to thank Gayle's Oncologist's, Dr Rothenstein and Dr Dixon as well as the entire Oncology team. A special Thanks to Dr Yousef Boulos, Gayle's family Doctor. <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. <br /></div>
