Bruce passed away at Stouffville Creek Retirement Residence on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Houghton, loving father of Brendan and April and their spouses Lien and Craig, much-loved grandfather of Alexis, Ezekiel, Cora and Cameron, and devoted brother of Jacqueline and Robert. Bruce dedicated his entire working life to IBM and then Celestica as a computer engineer. Before that, as a young entrepreneur, he formed his own photography business and was an avid photographer from then on. Upon retirement, he and Patricia spent the winters RVing down in Texas, where they were greatly involved with the local RV communities.
Bruce leaves behind a legacy of strength, perseverance, and above all, a hope and faith in Christ that never swayed.
