<div itemprop="description">Frand passed away peacefully in his 89th year at Scarborough Grace Hospital on Wednesday August 21, 2013 with his loving wife Val at his side. Frank was a WWII Veteran and a long time employee of Bell Canada. He will be missed by family and friends who loved and cared for him. Family and friends will be received at the MOUNT PLEASANT VISITATION CENTRE, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto (east gate entrance, north of St. Clair Ave., 416-485-5572) on Monday August 26 after 10:15am, with a service to celebrate Franks life to follow at 11:00am. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery with a reception to follow in the Visitation Centre. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the War Amps of Canada.</div>
