Eugene Kus was born on February 8, 1937 in Olpine, Poland. In school has was a serious athlete in wrestling, boxing and liked soccer. He did a short tour of duty in the Polish Army in the 1950s. He immigrated to Hamilton, Canada in 1967 and started working for Ford Canada, then Hawker Siddeley and Stelco. He was the “King” of Hamiliton and St Catherines and knew many people there. He also served as Polish Veteran President and was the neighborhood lawnmower repairman for Mississauga for many years. Eugene had 3 children and idolized Pope John Paull II. He truly had a Blessed life. He lived a full life surrounded by family.
Eugeniusz will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many family and friends.
