Enid passed away peacefully on August 21, 2014 at Seven Oaks Long-Term Care in Scarborough.
Adored and beloved wife of the late Ernest H Burnie. Cherished mother to Gary (Valerie), Donna (Kirk) and Sandra (Tim). Loving and devoted Grandma to Erik, Lauren, Veronica, Hilary and Clarissa.
Enid will be missed by her sisters Betty (late Ken) and Barbara (Frank) in England. Sister in law to Wally (Gloria) and the late Harold (late Dorothea).
A special thank you to all the kind and caring staff at Seven Oaks who cared for Enid these past few years.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday September 26th at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering, ON. 905-686-5589
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a service in the chapel, reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinson’s Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
