<div itemprop="description">Emilija Rudzitis, born in Tukums, Latvia, passed away peacefully in her 87th year, on March 1, 2016, in Mississauga, surrounded by family. Survived by her loving husband Evalds, daughter Sandra and son Peteris(Daria). She will be sadly missed by grandkids Genevieve Wall, Danny(Vanessa) and Natalie Stergiou and her great grandchildren Isabella and William Stergiou and family in Latvia. Emilija was a committed member of the St. Andrews Latvian Lutheran Church women`s auxiliary committee for many years. Guests will be received at YORK VISITATION CENTRE, 160 Beecroft Road, North York, Ontario, M2N 5Z5 on Monday March 7, 2016 from 10 am to 11 am with a memorial service to follow. A private cremation will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Andrews Latvian Lutheran Church or Camp Sidrabene.</div>
