Passed away peacefully in her 92nd year on Friday, October 11, 2024. Ellen, beloved wife of the late Ross. Loving mother of Bev (Paul) James. Dear grandmother of Emily. Treasured aunt of Brenda (Brady), Sandy, Candace and many other nieces and nephews. Cherished friend of Marg Eade of more than 60 years. Ellen’s family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Ina Grafton Gage Home for their care and compassion over the past two years.

Visitation will take place at Pine Hills Funeral Centre 625 Birchmount Road (North of St. Clair Ave East) on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral Mass at St. John’s Catholic Church 794 Kingston Road on Friday, October 18th, 2024 at 11am. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ellen’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Society or Charity of your choice.
