Eileen Sylvia Lewis
August 24, 1927 - December 5, 2025
After a long illness, Eileen peacefully passed away. Born in London England, she was the daughter of Harry and Dorothy Cole. Last sister of the Cole girls; Marjorie, Eunice, Dorothy and Jean.
While Eileen served in the British Army as an Officer's Driver and an Ambulance Driver, where she met and married Ron Lewis. They moved and settled in Whitby, Ontario. Eileen worked in the records department at the Army Base in Oshawa, Ontario.
She was a loving mother to daughter, Aileen (Joe) and son Russ (Lynette). Adored Nana to Alan, Katie, Adam, Charleen, Carlie, and Great Nana to five children.
Eileen was a dedicated Guide Leader for 15 years at Oshawa Pack. With her soulmate, Ron, by her side, they travelled around the world. They frequented Hampton Beach with family for many years.
Finally reunited with Ron; Eileen is now at Peace.
To honour Eileen's wishes, no services will be held.
