<div itemprop="description">Lukaweski, Edwin Serge-Peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital on July 28, 2015 in his 70th year. Edwin beloved husband of Patricia Plante and loving son of Rita Lukaweski. Much loved father of Sarah Gallagher (the late Myke), Emily and Miriam (Ryan Madeley). Cherished grandpa to Tristan Gallagher. Dear brother to Ruth Lukaweski (John Bondi), Lynn Fair and Roseanne Bennett (deceased) and uncle to Michelle, Kelsey, Jordan and Luke. Lovingly remembered by Miles Bogue Gillespie and sadly missed by the Plante family. Edwin&rsquo;s affiliation with School Works allowed him to enjoy a warm and close working relationship with Brett Talbot and Fran Mico in the U.K. A celebration of Edwin&rsquo;s life will be held on Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 from 1-4 pm at the Mount Pleasant Visitation Centre 375 Mount Pleasant Road (east gate entrance). A special heartfelt thank-you to the CCAC In Home Palliative Care team, especially Dr. Ciara Whelan and nurse Simcha ben Abraham and to the Princess Margaret short term Palliative Care Team. Thanks also to oncologists Dr. Charles Catton and Dr. Anthony Joshua. Donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.</div>
