Dorrell Lumsden passed peacefully June 19th 2026 with her loving Husband Melvin by her side. She is survived by Mel their 2 Children Winsome (Brent) and Wayne (Janet), 6 grand children, Andre’ (Tenika), Ashley, Jordan, Aeryanna, Alyssa & Deacon. as well as 5 great grand children, Aysha, Josiah, Zayd, Zahil, Inaaya.
Her Aunty Joyce and many Nephews, Cousins & honorarys.
Dorrell was born in St Catherine's Jamaica, She immigrated to England in 1960 where she soon married Mel and had her children, In 1972 the family immigrated to Canada to start a brand new life, where she was hairdresser to some elite matriarchs of the 70’s era. She then went on to Canadian airlines and Air Canada which allowed her and Mel to travel to some exotic destinations Hawaii, Pink Beach Bahamas and many more. In later years she went on to be baptized Seven Day Adventist, also volunteered for some critical charities where she was honored for her amazing and hard work. She will be missed by so many as she touched a lot of lives.
