<div itemprop="description">We are deeply saddened by the loss of Donald after a brave battle with cancer. Loving husband of 51 years to Beverley; beloved father of Kent (Alison) and Kimberley Lepiane (Ralph); Devoted Grandfather to Kalum, Anna and Matteo. Predeceased by parents George and Jessie Purvis and sister Eleanor Halls (late Glen). He will be greatly missed by neighbours, friends and all who knew him. Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1535 South Gateway Rd., Mississauga (Dixie Rd., 2 lights south of Eglinton Ave., 905-602-1580) on Saturday February 1, 2014 from 12 &ndash; 1 p.m with a funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Private cremation. In Lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. <br /></div>
