Deodat Rameshwar also known as Lenny, Cha Cha, Mamoo, Uncle, was born on April 26th 1949 at Helena Mahaica, Guyana and departed this world peacefully on January 15th 2026 in Markham Ontario, Canada. He was the son of the late Lallbachan and Tetri Rameshwar of Helena #2 Mahaica, Guyana.

Deodat tutored many in Mahaica as a young man before embarking on his career as a government auditor.
After he migrated to Canada, he was employed in the insurance and banking sectors, during which time he received many accolades, including yearly awards for perfect attendance. Deodat was very family oriented and was always interested in his relatives' success and achievements.

Dear brother, Uncle, Mamoo, we will miss you dearly. Your beautiful memories will remain in our hearts forever. You were a wonderful man who dedicated his life to family. Of all the special gifts in this world, having you in our lives was the greatest gift of all.
No more tomorrows we can share, but the memories of yesterdays will always be there.
