David will be sadly missed but not forgotten by his sister Dora, his children Karina, Charlotte (Darren), and Michael (Fiona). His grand children Cynthia (Luke), Jessica (Joe), Brian (Ashley), Stephen (Danielle), Emma-Rae and Jakob. His great grand children Isla, Nathan, Jenson, Blake and Lincoln. Also by his extended family of nieces and nephews.</div>
