<div itemprop="description">Chun Kit Ng passed away peacefully on March 29, 2015. He was 87. <br /> <br />He came from simple beginnings in China. He married Wai Chun and they started a family. They moved to Hong Kong, where Chun Kit started a garment manufacturing business. He ran this factory until it was time to move to Canada. <br /> <br />Chun Kit loved Canada, his adopted home. He worked in some Chinatown kitchens until he and his eldest son opened a restaurant. Upon his retirement, he enjoyed practicing tai chi, tending to his vegetable garden, and having a candy ready for his grandchildren's visits. <br /> <br />Chun Kit is survived by his wife, Wai Chun; four children: Yim Tak and wife Joanna, Chan Kwong and wife Cindy, Shut Ping and Shut Ying; six grandchildren: Ka Yan and husband Christian, Sherry and husband Greg, Mandy and husband Bobby, Sarah, Elizabeth and Trisha; and four great-grandchildren: Parker, Vivian, Hannah, and Tegan. He is survived by an older sister, and predeceased by an older sister and younger brother. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></div>
