<div itemprop="description">CAMBACHI, Chiriachita (nee Papagheorghiou) passed away peacefully in Toronto during the early hours of Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the extraordinary age of 103. Survived by her children Dimitris Kambakis (Polixeni), Panaiota Tase (Dumitru), Athanasia Sliupkas (Grigoris) and Evelyn Stefov (Paul), her grandchildren Koula (Vasilis), Afroditi (Laki), Sofia and Dana (S&eacute;bastien), and her great-grandchildren Aris, Christina, Sofia and Alexis. Her remarkable life spanned continents and touched all those she encountered. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Her farewell will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Her funeral and burial will be held at York Cemetery, see Funeral Details for more information.</div>
