It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine, who left us after a courageous seven-year battle with cancer. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, as they listened to her favorite music.

Cathy is survived by her devoted husband, Ben; her children, Garrit (Natasha), Ben (Jessica), and Sadie; her four cherished grandchildren, Lane, Chiara, Lorenzo, and Silas; and the extended family and friends who loved her so dearly. Cathy was predeceased by her father, Thomas, and her mother, Elizabeth (née Neill).

Born in Belfast, Ireland, Cathy was fierce and strong-willed. She was the brightest light and the loudest laugh in the room. Always the life of the party, she loved hosting dinners, spending days on the water, and keeping an open door for anyone who needed her. She cared deeply, loved unconditionally, and was a best friend to everyone she met.

Cathy will live on in every filled Christmas stocking, every glass of wine poured, and every laugh shared at the cottage. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
