She has “Gone Home”, on April 24, 2013 at St Michael’s Hospital at the age of 60. She was the loving wife of Brent E. Kelly for 42 years, cherished mother of Leesa (Ken) Alexander and Alan (Martha) Kelly. She was a caring and proud grandmother of Andrew, Danielle and Kylie and the much loved daughter of Ashmore (deceased) and Jean Mosher. A sister to Margaret, Donna and Sharon. She is fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A dedicated nursing educator at Ryerson University, a member of the Honors Society of Nursing, and a devoted member of Girl Guides and Scouts Canada. Her greatest joys were time spent with family and friends as well as working with adult volunteers and youth.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff in the Neurological Trauma Intensive Care Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital who supported her and her family. Family and Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 10-11am for visitation. A memorial service will follow at 11am in the chapel. If desired donations may be made to The Nature Conservancy of Canada and St. Michaels Foundation.
