Camille Frances Costo
1939 – 2025

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Camille Frances Costo, who went peacefully in her sleep on October 3rd, 2025, at Michael Garron Hospital, at the age of 86.

Our family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate nurses and doctors in the ICU and on the 9th floor for their exceptional care, kindness, and love during Camille’s final days.

Camille lived a life full of happiness, generosity, and adventure. She was the beloved matriarch of our family, whose strength, love, and guidance shaped the generations that follow. She is now reunited with her husband, George Costo, her parents John and Madeline, and her siblings Teddy (Dawna), Anne (Frank), Lorraine (Ray), and her baby sister Cecil (Bob).

She leaves behind her children George (Laura), John (Dawn), Mark (Brenda), and Lisa, grandchildren Katrina (Jordon), Brian (Brooke), Ryan, and Kaelee, and great-grandchildren Amelia, Sophia, Theo, and Jacob. She also deeply loved her many cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Camille’s kindness, laughter, and spirit of giving touched everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered with love and fondness.

Rest peacefully — beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and treasured great-grandmother.
