<div itemprop="description">Brooke Ramsay&nbsp; - On August 10, 2011, surrounded by her loving family and friends Brooke succumbed to brain cancer at the tender age of twenty-three after a sixteen month struggle with her illness. Faced with this adversity Brooke's strength, sense of humour, and positive attitude always shone through. Her courage was nurtured by the dedication and support of her many close friends. Brooke's ability to make and maintain these strong friendships was one of her many gifts. Brooke will be dearly missed by her parents Rhonda and Brian, brother Andrew and sister Lauren and the very large, loving and caring Stewart and Ramsay families. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 17th from 6-9 p.m. at the Estates of Sunnybrook, Vaughan Estate, 2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto. A Celebration of Brooke's life will be held at Vaughan Estate on Thursday August 18th beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
