Barbara Ansell, formerly Carpenter, has passed away at the young age of 49, surrounded by her family.
She was diagnosed with liver cancer on May 1st, 2026 and was taken far too soon just 50 days later on June 19th at 9:25am.

Barbara was born in Mississauga, ON to Cameron and Marion Ansell. She was the youngest sister of 4 girls - Susan, Deborah, and Pamela. She had 3 children - Aimee, Emily, and Logan. She was the aunt to Justin, Nicole, Nicholas, and Dakota. She was also the beloved grandmother to Eleanor and Judith.

Barbara was the best mom, sister, aunt, gramma, colleague, and friend. She spent her life helping others and never asked for anything in return. She was truly an inspiration to everyone.

Barbara was loved by so many people and will be deeply missed by all.
