Arthur Albert Hardiman
October 25, 1925 - March 21, 2016
Passed away in his 90th year, on Monday, March 21, 2016, after several months of illness. His daughter Brenda and his son John were continually at his side bringing him comfort, love and support. They, with his wife, Joyce, were especially proud of his role as the President of the Toronto Assembly of the Native Sons of Canada, who helped in the achievement of the acceptance of our distinctively Canadian Maple Leaf Flag, in 1965, as well as his service, as a corporal, in The Canadian Army. His wish was to be cremated and his remains are to be buried in the National Military Cemetery in Ottawa. A private service will be held there in the spring.
