He will be sadly missed by his Sweetheart, his wife of over 61 years Elizabeth (Lily). Most amazing loving Dad to Karen Takenaka (Marc), Paul Haigh, Brian Haigh, Janet Baxter (Jim), Jacqueline Jeans (Scott) and Alan Haigh (Karen), Beloved Grandpa to Louise Penney (Jay), Charline Haigh (Fraser), David Baxter (Ashley), Michael Jeans (Courtney), Mark Baxter (Amy), Cheryl Haigh, Sarah Baxter and Rachel Jeans (Ian). Best Great-Grandpa to Erin, Ella, Lily and Logan Penney, Mason Jeans, Sydni Dobbler Haigh, Zoe Baxter and Logan Baxter. Also loved brother to Agnes and Ruby (Joe) in Northern Ireland and Florrie (George) in Australia and very respected and loved Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews worldwide He was a genuine friend to many. , He was a man of honor. Integrity, kindness, completely devoted to his family. He was the man I looked up to for nearly 60 years, the one who always told me it would be ok. I will never stop loving you. Safe (and without pain) in the arms of Jesus.</div>
