DONEGAN, Alan Gerard
August 7, 1969 – Trinidad and Tobago
February 12, 2014 – Calgary, AB.
Al Donegan, beloved husband of Nicole Conboy, wonderful father to Aidan, and steadfast believer in the Leafs, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the age of 44 years. The top ad salesman with Source Media Group, Al was truly special, an expert handyman who rebuilt our house in Calgary and made it home. From love at first sight to the best eight years of my life, we thank you for taking such great care of us. Aidan says Dad you’re my best friend. You will be deeply missed by all who knew you.
Al is survived by his loving parents Peter and Kathleen, his brothers Jim (Christina) and Paul (Carla) and his cherished niece and nephews, Sarah, Andrew and Tristan.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at the YORK VISITATION CENTRE, 160 Beecroft Road, North York (North of Sheppard, West of Yonge Street) on Friday February 21, 2014 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday February 22 from 2- 3 pm with a service at 3, followed by a reception. Condolences may be forwarded through www.etouch.ca. If friends so desire donations can be made to the Trust Fund set up by his work for his son (Please contact Source Media Group for details 1-888-932-3101). In loving memory of Al Donegan, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park in Calgary.
