Agnes Cecelia Morris (nee Shea) passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025 in her 97th year. She was predeceased in 1995 by her husband Reg to whom she was married to for almost 45 years. As the eldest of 4 children, she was predeceased by her siblings, Josephine (Dunston), Jimmy and Johnny Shea.

Family meant everything to Agnes and she will be deeply missed by her daughter and only child, Carole (Morris-Andersen) and son-in-law Bruce Andersen. As well, “Gram” will always hold a special place in the hearts of her granddaughters, Emily and Lauren for whom she was a constant, loving presence. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and their spouses.

Agnes was a quiet presence but made friends easily. She leaves behind friends in many places, including Mississauga, Brantford, and Newfoundland.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday October 5th at 11:00 a.m At The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga, Ontario.
