Yuk Sau was born in Guang Dong, China in 1938. At the age of thirteen, he met the love of his life, Pui Yee, at school. Though they started as friends, their relationship eventually led to marriage. Yuk Sau studied chemistry at university and the couple had a daughter, Narsha, in Guangzhou before they moved to Hong Kong to start a new life. In Hong Kong, he graduated and worked as a civil engineer, and eventually, started his own private taxi service with his beloved red car. After eleven years in Hong Kong and two more daughters, Linsha and Lansha, they immigrated to Canada in 1970. Yuk Sau worked hard to learn English, and 3 years later, purchased his own Chinese restaurant called Flower Drum on Lakeshore Blvd. W. in Etobicoke. After working 7 days a week for over 25 years with Pui Yee, he retired from his successful business to enjoy his hobbies of travel, reading his Chinese newspaper, watching international news, practicing his erhu (Chinese violin), working in his garden and puttering around the house. He was never bored because he loved to learn new things. This included technology. His grandchildren were his tech support for his cell phone and iPad and all the apps on them.

He is survived by his wife, Pui Yee, and their daughters (Narsha, Linsha and Lansha), son-in-laws (Wen Hao and Peter), grandchildren (Chloe, Justina, Harrison, Emma, Emily and Sophia) and great granddaughter (Mari). His commitment to the protection and security of his family was a direct expression of his love.

His smile, warmth, and energy will be remembered by those who knew him. He will forever be missed by those who love him.
