It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Wei Hsuan Wu, on Thursday, August 7, 2025.


He was born on October 8, 1937 in Calcutta, India, and immigrated to Canada in 1992. He was the most loving, kind, creative, resourceful, and knowledgeable man who was always willing to help his family and friends. He had the greatest love for his family and was so proud of all of them.


He will be remembered as a beloved father of 4 children (Eric, Kenneth, William, and Elisa), grandfather to 11 grandchildren (Sherry, Sheena, Victor, Jonathan, Kevin, Sarah, Nicole, Michelle, Amparo, Samantha, and Abigail), great grandfather to 2 great grandchildren (Romeo and Hazel), brother, uncle, and friend.


We love you and will miss you very much. You will be in our hearts forever and we will treasure all the precious memories that we have shared together. May you rest in eternal peace.
