Vera died peacefully at the age of 95 on December 30, 2024. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Helen & Paul, George & Milena, and Emily & D'Arcy, and by her beloved grandchildren, Nicholas, Katherine, Nina, Sophie, Kathryn and David. She was a proud Mother, devoted Grandmother and dear friend. Vera will be remembered with much love by her family and many friends.

Sincere thanks to the staff at Village of Humber Heights and Humber River Hospital who took such amazing care of her in her last phase of life.

The funeral will be held on Friday, January 3rd at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre - visitation beginning from 10:30 a.m., funeral service at 11:30 a.m followed by the interment. Refreshments will be available following the interment.
