Veca Koceva, age 90, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Veca was a beloved sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her devoted brother, Angel Kocev and his wife Linda, as well as her cherished sister, Nada Somek and her husband Velimir. She adored all her nieces and nephews and held each one close to her heart.

Veca had a special love for her roses—she found joy in tending to them and took pride in watching them bloom year after year.

Her warmth, kindness, and quiet strength left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A private family gathering will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to do something kind for someone in Veca’s memory.
