Thu Nguyet To passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on Thursday May 21st, 2026 at the age of 96 (99).

Thu was born in China and moved to Vietnam where she raised her 5 children before coming to Canada in 1985.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Hoang Chi Quach (1989). Loving mother to Kim Que Hua (Sunny), Helen Chen (Sammy), An Quach, Toan Quach (Tien) and Hiep Quach (Lien). Loving grandmother to Weidas (Abbie), Hanson (Danielle) and Holly (Andrew). Loving great-grandmother to Albert, Logan, Laurel and Vera.

Thanks to the personal support workers who helped care for her in her final year and to the staff at the Guelph General Hospital for helping to care for her in her final days. Thu will be remembered as being the steady and calm anchor of her family.
